What will be requested of you in exchange?
The home will be on the market for sale, so you will need to keep the property in show quality since it will be visited by prospective buyers. The property will be staged with the assistance of a Professional Home Stager using your furniture ( If you do not have furniture our Professional Home Stagers can provide you with quality furnishings.)
- You will need to make the property available for viewing at all times during the day.
- You will be required to report any problems with the home immediatly.
- You will also be responsible for day to day cleaning and maintenence of the home and grounds.
All of our Home Sitters are professionally screened for credit, employment, residential and criminal history. There is a $40.00 non-refundable charge for screening.
